  • Associates to read and confirm they have followed the Computer Usage Policy

  • Associates to read and confirm they have followed the Competency Policy

  • Competency based test on Associates knowledge of Information Security Management Systems

  • Read and acknowledge the Governance of Customer Data Policy.

  • Read and acknowledge the Document Control Policy

  • Read and acknowledge the IDBS Sustainability Policy

  • Read and acknowledge the Confidentiality Policy.

  • Read and acknowledge the Mobile Devices and Teleworking Policy.

  • Read and acknowledge the Information Retention and Disposal Policy.

  • Associates to confirm they have read and understood relevant policies and procedures and confirmation they have read their job description, role and requirements
